Our main purpose is to provide the best dental care to you and your family in an enjoyable, caring atmosphere, to add to the lives of our patients by contributing to their health and well-being, and through continuing education, striving to be the best we can be.

Appointments
We are currently accepting new patients. Please call our office to schedule an appointment. Once you make an appointment at our office, that time will be reserved for you. If, for some reason, you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time, call us 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to reschedule and avoid missed appointment fees.

What to Bring to your First Appointment
To provide you with prompt dental treatment, please be sure to bring the following when you visit our practice for your initial visit:

  • Insurance Information/Card
  • Photo Identification
  • Any medical records pertaining to your visit

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out necessary paperwork.

Insurance
Our office accepts most insurance plans. Even if our name is not on your provider list, you may be covered in our office. If you have any questions regarding your insurance plan, please feel free to call us so we can help you.

Please bring your insurance information with you to your first appointment. Our office staff will file any necessary claims and work to get you the maximum amount of benefits allowed by your plan.

Payment
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made. This includes any co-payments or deductibles (amount not covered by your insurance).
